Crockett Earns All-State Tennis Honors
Springfield Catholic was well represented at the 2024-25 MSHSAA Individual and Doubles State Championships hosted at Cooper Tennis Complex in Springfield, MO May 15th-16th, 2025.
Seniors Brett Crockett and Joey Daues advanced to Individual State with a 1-2 finish in singles at the Class 2 District 5 Championships. Jason Schmittling and Davis Riedy took the Class 2 District 5 Doubles Championship to advance to State.
Schmitting and Riedy defeated Hall and Lucas 2-0 in the State Sectionals but fell 1-2 to Champagne and Shields in the State Quarterfinals.
Crockett defeated Ethan Guggenberger 2-0 in the Sectionals, then took down Wyatt Litton 2-1 before falling to Ridge Stagner in the Semifinals. Crockett finished 4th at MSHSAA Class 1 to earn All-State Honors.
