The Springfield Catholic Fightin' Irish cruised to victory in the 2024 Seymour Bank Winter Classic hosted in Seymour, MO January 8-11th. The Irish defeated Bradleyville 90-44 in the first round before easily taking down host Seymour 55-39 in the second. Their victory over Seymour moved them to 10-3 on the season and secured Coached Jay Osborne's 700th career win.
Catholic faced 10-8 Bakersfield in Seymour Bank Winter Classic Championship and came away with another easy win, rolling to an 85-66 victory.
Senior Rian Mulherin was named All-Tournament MVP, he was joined on the All-Tournament team by junior CJ Kendall and senior Brett Roberson.
